But nonetheless this is NOT a fix. Anger is just energy increasing to confront so we can make it to the next level.
This is helpful to YOU for the reason that you can notice what level you tend to be at throughout the day. Stay truthful with yourself. The thing that will lift you up is the next rung of the ladder and that is what you will draw in. Be mindful of your level and realize that you are attracting your level and the level above you. This is helpful in knowing that it is OK for someone in apathy to be angry. Encourage it! But don't dwell there. Hit the next level quickly.
Each level is just a step on the ladder. In case anger is higher, consent to that and immediately ask, 'What is one thing I could face? If perhaps you have been angry for a while, look forward to feeling bored. It is a step on the way to being excited again. Always, your direction is What can I create? How do I add beauty to this world?
Look to the next higher level. Be careful of those at the next higher level seeking to keep you only at that level for their own benefit. Seek strong people at the highest level that speak of beauty, construction, creation. Be mindful that when you hear persons two levels above you, if it bothers you, or you do not trust them, that is you being trapped at your level. Never try to bring them down to a level so you can hear them. Steer clear of becoming a component of this disorder and falling into low-level thinking.
